The truth is, there is ALWAYS more work to do. Stop waiting for your To Do list to end. And START taking time to rest, play, and work out.

The results? Increased focus, clarity, energy, and stamina.  When you return to those work items you’ll be more efficient and actually enjoy doing your work!
